Payment conditions 30% deposit on confirmation full balance payable in 45 days before departure cancellation fees charged as follows: -
Between:
40 and 25 days - 20%
24 and 15 days - 30%
14 and 7 days - 50%
Within 6 days - 100%
ALTERATIONS TO TOURS
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangements should conditions necessitate to offer substitutes of equal value or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.
RATES
Rates include all expenses in connection with ground transport for the itinerary set out; all entry fees, hotel accommodation, full board, table d'hote meals, launch and dhow trips as applicable. Not included are personal expenses such as beverages, laundry and tips.
RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 30% per person is required at the time of booking and balance at least 45 days before the tour begins.
CANCELLATION
Any monies paid will be refundable less the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses.
TRANSPORTATION
Cars, mini buses, land rovers, coaches or trucks will be provided according to the route and the number of clients.
ACCOMMODATION
Based on two persons sharing a twin room/tent. Single rooms are available at an additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotels/Lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/lodges.

The company reserves the right to alter the arrangements of the route or cancel the operations of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate, it also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded. Prices are based on tariffs and other costs prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without, notice.
LIABILITY
The Company and its agents act only as agents of the passengers in all matters relating to hotel/lodge accommodation, tour, transport etc, and shall not be liable for injury, delays loss or damage in any manner.
The company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the Jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all or part of the services.
CLIMBING EQUIPMENT
Gear for mountain climbing is not included in the tour price but can be hired at Naro Moru for Mt. Kenya and Marangu Park Gate for Mt. Kilimanjaro .
